Problem
They found work the same way everyone else did, manually off the job boards, landing roles three other agencies were already chasing.
Solution
We sourced the signal before it hit the boards: building permits, awarded contracts, and municipal and government award data, contact and opener attached.
Result
A signed contract within two days of launch, on a search no other agency had seen yet.

4 providers
had tried before us
Problem
She came to us after four other providers. The last had her on LinkedIn only, with no hiring signal behind it — just any decision-maker in a finance or accounting leadership role.
Solution
We moved her to email and signal intelligence: the finance companies actually hiring, reached through the real function and department heads, not HR. Then we ran the outreach.
Result
$86,000 in placement fees inside the first 90 days, all from companies she had no relationship with.

11 contracts

$220,000
in fees
Problem
He was doing everything himself and stretched thin, burning hours every week hand-building lists instead of selling.
Solution
We automated his outreach and booked the meetings for him. He spent his time on those conversations and matching his candidates to the right roles.
Result
Eleven search agreements signed in six months, $220,000 in fees.

The mechanism
The same four steps produced every number on this page, on three desks that have nothing else in common.
We start with the opening, not the company
Every day we pull the companies that just posted a role our client actually places. Not a bought list, not a profile of who looks like a buyer. The companies hiring this week.
A posted role is a budgeted, approved, urgent problem
Somebody already signed off on the headcount. The money exists, the decision is made, and the clock is running. That is the entire difference between this and the outbound most firms have already tried and written off.
We find the person who owns that req
Not HR, not a coordinator, not whoever the list had an email for. The function head the role reports into — the person who feels the opening every day it stays unfilled.
We write to the opening, and work every reply
The message references the role they just posted, because that is the only thing that earns a reply from a stranger. Then the inbox becomes ours: we answer, qualify, and book to our client’s calendar.
The part worth taking even if we never work together: the list is the whole game. The same copy against a live req beats better copy against a cold list, every time.
